These pages contain contact information, availabilities and expertise concerning the various Canadian microarray centres. These centres are largely geared to academic researchers, but some also entertain commercial enquiries. There are two sections. The "Fab lab" listing consists of labs that are generating cDNA or oligonucleotide spotted arrays. In general, these labs supply arrays and other services. The "Affymetrix lab" listing shows labs that can perform analysis of RNA using Affymetrix GeneChips.
The information is current as of November, 2005. The pages will be updated whenever new information is made available.
